Who is this course for?
These series of classes are suitable for those with an established practice. You may not have been practicing for years, or be the most confident practitioner, but you have a basic understanding of the core movements used in yoga and know how to move around the mat safely. All ages, fitness levels, flexibility, strength and cardio levels are welcome. We will support you on taking the next step in your yoga journey.
